Payments platform

RRP Pay: patient payments and invoicing, built alongside the recovery work.

A payment and reporting platform for patients, business office staff, and facility administrators. It is in development. We are onboarding a small number of early-access facilities and building around what they need.

In development. Features, timelines, and availability may change. No screenshots here because we would rather show you the real thing.

Role-based access

Three kinds of user, three different views.

  1. 01

    Patients

One place to see what they owe, why, and how to pay it.

    • View and pay supported balances
    • Payment history
    • Receipts and statements
    • Access limited to their own accounts
  2. 02

    Facility administrators

Oversight of payment activity and the people who can see it.

    • Payment activity across accounts
    • User and role configuration
    • Dashboard reporting
    • Collection activity reports
  3. 03

    Business office staff

Day-to-day invoicing and reconciliation without spreadsheets.

    • Create and send patient invoices
    • Recorded payment activity
    • Financial reports
    • Provider-directed account workflows

Why build it

The balance conversation and the payment should not live in two systems.

Today a patient hears from us, agrees to a plan, and then has to find a portal, a phone number, or a mailing address to actually pay. Every extra step is a place the arrangement falls apart.

RRP Pay closes that gap: the arrangement, the invoice, the payment, and the activity record are the same object, visible to the patient and to your business office at the same time.

Platform principles

What it is being built to do.

Security controls
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and activity logging are part of the design from the first release. No system can be guaranteed completely secure or always available, and we will say so in the terms.
Payment management
Invoices, payment plans, and recorded payments in one place, tied to the same account records our reporting is built on.
Role-based access
Patients see their own accounts. Staff see what their role requires. Administrators configure both.
Reporting you already recognize
The same activity reporting we deliver today, generated from the platform instead of assembled by hand. Reports support your review; they do not certify compliance.
Works on a phone
Patients pay from wherever they are. Staff check activity without opening a laptop.
Built for behavioral health
Language, notices, and workflows designed around treatment episodes and 42 CFR Part 2 sensitivities, not general medical billing.

RRP Pay features, integrations, data, reports, and availability may vary by account, configuration, provider-supplied information, third-party services, and the applicable agreement. Providers remain responsible for the accuracy of account data, invoices, balances, user permissions, required notices, retention, and final decisions. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, real-time accuracy, complete records, successful payment processing, or fitness for a particular compliance or audit purpose.

What early access means.

An early-access facility uses a working version of RRP Pay for patient invoicing and payments while we keep doing the collection work under the existing services agreement. Some features will be incomplete. We will tell you which ones before you start, not after.

In return we ask for feedback from the people who touch it: the business office, an administrator, and where possible a patient or two. What is confusing, what is missing, what you would change.

Early access is limited to a small number of facilities and is governed by a separate platform agreement. Terms, timelines, and availability are set in that agreement, not on this page.

Request early access or ask about it on a consultation call.

Early access

Want to shape it?

We are looking for a few facilities willing to use an early version, tell us what is wrong with it, and get a platform built around their business office.

Early access is limited and subject to a separate platform agreement.
