Recover the balances you’re owed.Keep the patients you’ve helped.
Revenue Recovery Partners works patient-responsibility balances for behavioral health facilities, under your name: documented follow-up, activity reporting, and calls handled the way your own staff would want them handled.
How it works
Four steps from the first call to the first report.
You stay in control of the accounts. We do the follow-up and put every touch on paper.
- 01
Consultation
A working call about your facility: the balances sitting on the books, your policies on financial assistance and payment plans, and how you want patients spoken to. Nothing is signed on the first call.
You hold afterwardA straight answer on whether we are a fit, and a list of what we would need to start.
- 02
Provider-directed setup
A signed services agreement and a business associate agreement define what we may do and say. You supply the accounts, balances, and rules. Nothing starts until you have authorized the scope.
You hold afterwardA written scope: what we may say, to whom, through which channels, and when we stop.
- 03
Authorized follow-up
Our team contacts patients in your facility's name, through the channels you have approved. Every conversation follows your policies, and every touch is logged against the account.
You hold afterwardA record you can check: who was contacted, when, through which channel, and what was agreed.
- 04
Activity reporting
You receive reports on the accounts we have worked: contacts made, arrangements reached, payments recorded, and what is still open. Results depend on the accounts and are never guaranteed.
You hold afterwardA report on where each account stands, and a short list of accounts waiting on your decision.

Built by operators who have sat on your side of the desk.
Revenue Recovery Partners handles patient-responsibility balances for behavioral health providers: the deductibles, copays, and coinsurance that are owed to your facility after insurance has paid what it will.
We work as your limited agent, in your name, under your policies. You keep control of the accounts, the financial-assistance decisions, the records, and the relationship. We do the follow-up and document all of it.
The process, on the record
Nothing happens off the books.
These are commitments about how we work, not projections about what you will collect.

Four things, done thoroughly.
Follow-up on the balances you choose, careful calls, a written record of every touch, and reports on where the money stands.
- 01
Collection Support
Consistent, professional follow-up on the patient-responsibility balances you identify. We work the accounts on the cadence you approve and stop the moment you say stop. Outcomes depend on the account, the patient, and payer activity; we do not promise a number.
- 02
Collection Documentation
Every call, letter, and payment arrangement is recorded against the account using the balances and policies you supplied. The record is yours: it supports internal review, patient questions, and anything you need to answer later. It is not a compliance certification.
- 03
Patient Relations
Calm, plain-spoken calls in your name. Benefits, explanation-of-benefits (EOB) forms, and balances explained without pressure, using only the payment options you have approved.
- 04
Activity Reporting
Regular reports on what was done and what came back: contacts, arrangements, payments recorded, disputes, and accounts that need your decision. Written for an administrator or CFO who needs to know where the money stands without chasing anyone.

Who we work with
Behavioral health, specifically.
Facilities where the patient was in crisis when they arrived, and the balance conversation has to reflect that.

Residential substance use treatment
Long lengths of stay, high patient-responsibility balances, and alumni you want back for the right reasons.
Detox and withdrawal management
Short episodes, fast turnover, and balances that go stale before anyone has time to call.
PHP and IOP programs
Weeks of daily billing where cost-sharing accumulates quietly and the conversation is easier early.
Outpatient mental health practices
Recurring visits, recurring copays, and a front desk that should not have to be a collections department.
Psychiatric and dual-diagnosis facilities
Sensitive histories, complicated coverage, and patients who need to be spoken to carefully.
What we do not take on
Medical groups, hospitals, dental, or any other specialty.
Two founders. One accountable team.
You will not be handed off. The people who set up your accounts are the people who report on them.

A consultation is a working conversation about your accounts, your policies, and whether we are a fit. We will tell you if we are not.
