About us
Patient balance recovery, done in your name and on your terms.
Revenue Recovery Partners supports behavioral health providers with patient financial communication, documented collection follow-up, and activity reporting. You direct the work. We carry it out and write it down.

What is different
We collect for the facility without collecting against the patient.
Most collection vendors treat a behavioral health balance like any other receivable. We do not. The person on the other end of the line came to you for help with substance use or a mental health condition, and the way that balance is handled says something about your facility long after discharge.
So we act as your limited agent: first-party, in your name, under the policies you set. You keep control of the accounts and remain responsible for your billing and coding, financial-assistance decisions, records, payer obligations, and legal compliance. We perform only the services authorized in the signed agreement and rely on the information and instructions you give us.
The result is follow-up that actually happens, a record of every touch, and reporting you can trust.

Our approach
How the calls are handled.
Every account we work belongs to someone who was in crisis when they walked in. The call has to reflect that, or it is the wrong call.
The relationship comes first. Patients arrive at a treatment center on one of the hardest days of their lives. That context stays attached to the account, and our people know it before they dial.
Plain explanations. Benefits, explanation-of-benefits forms, balances, and payment options are explained in ordinary language, without pressure tactics, so the patient understands what they owe and why.
A single point of contact. We sit between your business office and the patient so your clinical and front-desk staff can stay out of money conversations.
Honest about limits. Our communication practices are built to lower friction. How a patient reacts, and whether they stay connected to your facility, is not something anyone can guarantee.
Documentation
Every touch we make is written down.
We keep a record of the collection activity we perform, built on the balances, policies, and instructions you provide. You remain responsible for deciding your legal and contractual obligations, account accuracy, billing and coding, waiver and financial-assistance decisions, record retention, and responses to payers and regulators.
- Provider-directed patient financial communications, in your name
- An activity record for every collection touch we make
- Reports formatted for internal review and recordkeeping
- Records that support an authorized response to a question or audit; they do not prevent one or decide its outcome
That limited authority does not make Revenue Recovery Partners the provider's general agent, billing department, compliance department or officer, auditor, records custodian, payer representative, legal representative, or guarantor.
You set the rules. We follow them and document that we did.
Rules about patient cost-sharing and collection practices vary by program, payer contract, patient circumstances, and applicable law. We perform the administrative collection work you authorize and record the effort. We do not decide your legal obligations, write your policies, or certify your compliance.
Our team
Talk to the people who will actually work your accounts.
Two founders, no account managers in between. Tell us about your facility and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
