Please do not send patient names, medical details, account numbers, payment card data, or passwords through the Site. If a conversation requires sensitive information, we will direct you to an approved secure channel.
How we use it
We use contact information to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and follow up on consultations, and to send information about our services that you have asked for. We do not sell contact information and do not share it with other organizations for their own marketing.
